Rapid Cortex and your CAD

Rapid Cortex does not replace CAD — it enhances CAD with AI and human-in-the-loop assistive features in the browser: live transcription, translation, triage, dispatcher guidance, incident summaries, and supervisor QA — co-located with the workflows your agency already runs.

CAD, 911 CPE, radio, and RMS remain the authoritative systems of record. Rapid Cortex is a co-pilot for analysis, coaching, and documentation — not an autonomous dispatch engine. Unsupervised write-back to CAD is out of scope for typical pilots; connectors and boundaries are clarified during controlled integration reviews.
